‘Spamilton’ is coming and, well, what’s a ‘Spamilton’?

You’ve probably all seen “Hamilton” by now.”

Twice.

And maybe you’re debating about whether to go back again —
which is totally understandable — or to see something
different.

Well, here’s an option that — kind of, sort of — checks
off both of those boxes.

We’re talking about “Spamilton: An American Parody,” which
runs May 27-July 12 at A.C.T.’s Strand Theater in San
Francisco.

Tickets are $59-$99 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 14, broadwaysf.com.

This “Hamilton” spoof was created by Gerard Alessandrini,
who is also the mastermind behind “Forbidden Broadway,” and the
musical has enjoyed successful runs in New York, Chicago, Los
Angeles and London.
